By entering the Inka Arthouse Paris Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

This promotion is conducted by Inka Arthouse Pty Ltd, ABN 97 653 270 056, based in Victoria, Australia.

The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or older, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of Inka Arthouse and their immediate families, agents, and contractors are not eligible to enter. Entrants may only enter once per order. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on 1 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025. The winner will be drawn at random on 2 December 2025 and announced via Instagram Stories on @inkaarthouse and notified directly by email.

To enter, place an order on inkaarthouse.com between 1 November and 1 December 2025. Each eligible order will receive one entry. Orders over AUD $200 (or equivalent in your local currency) will receive two entries. Only orders placed directly on inkaarthouse.com are eligible. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces, resellers, or partners are excluded.

All entrants must be subscribed to the Inka Arthouse email list at the time of entry. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Inka Arthouse. You may unsubscribe at any time after the promotion ends.

One winner will receive a prize package consisting of:

• Return economy class flights for two people to Paris, France
• Three nights’ accommodation in a 5-star hotel in central Paris (selected by Inka Arthouse)
• Two general admission tickets to the Louvre Museum

All travel and accommodation will be arranged and paid for by Inka Arthouse. Prize components are subject to availability and selected at the sole discretion of the promoter.

The winner must travel between 1 May and 30 September 2026. Inka Arthouse will work with the winner to select preferred travel dates within this period; however, preferred dates cannot be guaranteed and are subject to flight and hotel availability at the time of booking. Return flights can be booked for any time within the eligible travel window, so the winner may choose to extend their holiday beyond the three-night hotel stay provided. The winner is not required to return home immediately after the accommodation ends.

The prize does not include travel insurance, airport transfers, meals, visas, passports, or any other personal expenses. The winner is responsible for ensuring all travel documentation, visa requirements, and insurance coverage are arranged independently.

The winner will be selected by random draw using a verified digital generator. The draw will take place on 2 December 2025. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, Inka Arthouse reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

The winner will be notified via email and publicly announced on Inka Arthouse’s Instagram Stories (@inkaarthouse). The winner’s first name, city, and country may be shared (for example, “Jess from Sydney, Australia”).

The winner may be invited to share a testimonial or a photo from their Paris experience, but this is entirely optional and only shared with consent.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. Inka Arthouse reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary. The promoter may cancel or modify the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances outside of its control.

Inka Arthouse reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or submitted using multiple identities or bots, or that attempts to manipulate the draw process in any way.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inka Arthouse is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or disruption resulting from participation in the giveaway or from use of the prize. This includes issues caused by third-party providers such as airlines or hotels.

All personal data collected during the promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and communicating with entrants. By entering, you consent to being added to the Inka Arthouse email list. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties, and you may unsubscribe at any time after the giveaway concludes.

All records relating to the giveaway, including entry data and winner confirmation, will be securely retained for a minimum of 12 months after the prize is awarded.
